A decade of devotion
to the table.
Maison Luna began in 2014 as a six-table dining room above a flower shop in the old quarter. Chef Élise had returned from years of training in Lyon and Florence, carrying a single conviction — that great food is patient food.
Twelve years later, we still buy from the same fishermen. We still press our olive oil from a single grove in Liguria. We still make our pasta by hand each morning. Some things are worth not changing.
